    The Highlands is located in Montgomery County, TX.  Our master planned community is situated in the lush piney woods just off Texas Highway 99, also known as the Grand Parkway.  It's a short drive north of Houston, or east from The Woodlands and Conroe.

    The Homeowners Association (HOA), managed by CCMC. They are responsible for maintaining community standards, oversees amenity operations, common-area maintenance, landscaping, and enforcement of community appearance guidelines.

    Fairway Pines: $3,784.00 ($1,584.00 + $2,200.00)

    Yes, The Highlands benefits from being in a MUD.  A MUD or 'Municipal Utility District' is a special Texas entity that supports planned developments in areas where city services and needed infrastructure are not yet available.  MUDs contribute to the affordability of new homes in Texas and exciting growth here.

    Fairway Pines front yard ONLY is maintained for residents.
     
    Backyard maintenance is NOT provided and is the homeowner's responsibility. Homeowners may also choose a lawn care contracting service of your preference.  All backyard service is strictly between the homeowner and the contractor.  If homeowners choose Silversand for backyard services, they must contact Silversand directly at (713) 319-4695 or jvanderburg@silversandservices.com.
